Expert in the Payments department

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

∙ Processes ordered, received and returned BGN and currency transfers of the Bank and the Bank's clients

∙ Processes complaints regarding ordered, received and returned BGN and currency transfers in SWIFT

∙ Processes claims ordered, receipts returned in BGN, transfers with an unclear recipient, wrong and duplicate payments;

∙ Performs corrective operations in BGN and currency on client accounts in connection with requests received through the Help Desk application

∙ Prepares documents for the return to the Bank of erroneous BGN transfers ordered through the fault of employees

∙ Prepares registers and reports related to BGN and currency transfers, according to the bank's rules or required by regulatory bodies and BNB;

∙ Performs other tasks related to the activity additionally assigned by the Head of the "Payments and Back Office" Department;

∙ Participates in the development and testing of new functionalities and projects related to optimization and automation of the department's activities

∙ BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

∙ Higher economic education with an acquired educational and qualification degree "Bachelor" or "Master" in the field of finance and accounting

∙ Professional experience in the same/similar position is desirable

∙Knowledge of the regulations governing payments in local and foreign currency

∙ Excellent analytical and communication skills

∙ Very good command of the English language

∙ Very good computer skills - MS Office;

∙ Ability to make effective decisions and teamwork skills
