Who will you be joining?
- Group People and Culture (GPC) shapes Allianz's global people strategy, using high-quality data to deliver a superior employee experience and fair, transparent people decisions.
- Within this, the Talent & Leadership Department partners with the AZ SE Board of Management, business divisions, and Operating Entity People Directors worldwide to build a strong leadership talent pipeline and improve talent experience and decision quality.
- We are seeking a motivated Steinbeis student to join the team responsible for managing Allianz's top global leadership talent.
In addition to exciting topics and a collaborative work environment, we support and challenge you and your development. During your time with our team, you will complete a two-year, work-integrated Master's program at the School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE), the Graduate School for Leadership & Management at Steinbeis University. How can you make an impact?
- Drive Strategic Insights: Analyse data and KPIs to transform them into actionable insights, shaping leadership at Allianz.
- Innovate with Technology: Utilise tools like Power BI to develop solutions that enhance team capabilities.
- Craft Compelling Narratives: Design and prepare presentations for the senior management, focusing on layout and storyline to influence top-level decision-making.
- Collaborate Globally: Partner with colleagues at Allianz SE and talent experts across Allianz entities, driving success in global talent management initiatives.
- Enhance Processes: Identify and implement improvements in talent management processes.
What are you made of?
- Enrolled in a relevant study program (e.g., Business Administration, Data Science, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Communication or Media Studies) for the entire duration of the position.
- Advanced experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with data analysis techniques; experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with a proactive mindset, taking initiative in driving own topics forward.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English; capable of crafting compelling narratives and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluent German is not necessary, but would be a plus.
- Openness to creative and innovative solutions, as well as a passion for working with forward-thinking technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT.
