Who will you be joining?

The AllianzU Learning SE team is responsible for shaping the skills and capability development of employees at Allianz Group headquarters. We partner closely with business stakeholders to identify current and future skill requirements and design innovative learning solutions that support Allianz's transformation agenda.

As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to drive the future of learning by leveraging Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies. We are looking for a curious and entrepreneurial mind who is passionate about learning topics, AI, and digital innovation.

We already work with modern digital learning platforms and AI-powered productivity tools and are looking for someone who is excited to bring fresh ideas, challenge established ways of working and help us unlock the full potential of AI in Learning & Development.

In addition to exciting topics and a collaborative work environment, we support and challenge you and your development. During your time with our team, you will complete a two-year, work-integrated Master's program at the School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE), the Graduate School for Leadership & Management at Steinbeis University. How can you make an impact?

• Support the design and implementation of learning and capability development initiatives
• Identify and explore opportunities to leverage AI to improve learning experiences, content creation and team efficiency
• Create engaging learning content, communications and presentations using modern digital and AI-powered tools
• Analyze learning data and generate insights to support learning effectiveness and business impact
• Support team with various operational and administrative tasks
• Research emerging AI and digital learning trends and actively share AI knowledge, best practices and innovative ideas with the team to help strengthen our AI capabilities

What are you made of?

• Successfully passed bachelor´s degree with background in Digital Leadership, Business Administration, Learning Sciences, Psychology, Economics, Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Analytics or related fields
• Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, digital transformation and the future of work
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
• Strong MS Office skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience in HR and L&D is a plus
• Experience with data analysis, learning technologies or digital platforms is a plus
• First experience with prompt engineering, AI experimentation, automation tools or digital innovation initiatives is desirable
• Openness to creative and innovative solutions, as well as a passion for working with forward-thinking technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT.
