【Job Role】
We are Digital Strategy and Innovation Center (DSIC) of Allianz Taiwan Life in charge of implementing cutting edge insurance digital solutions to enhance and support business growth and continuity. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Project Manager to join our team to fulfill channel expectation through the delivery of digital solutions. The successful candidate is required to have strong background in project management methodologies, experience in the insurance or financial sector, and a proven track record of working with cross-department project teams and potentially external partners.
【Responsibilities】
1. Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of digital solution projects for insurance partners.
2. Collaborate with cross-department project teams and external partners to ensure the successful delivery of digital solutions.
3. Provide leadership and input into process improvement, setting high standards in all areas of work.
4. Engage in partner key stakeholder relationship management
5. Manage project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of digital solutions.
6. Work closely with IT development team, Underwriting teams, and Business team.
