Job purpose/role

AIM Investment Processes and Processes / Data Management & Ops. (DMO) is responsible for the architecture and design of investment processes and related data management processes, selection and steering of service providers, project management and budget management. As a Data Analyst for Investment Reporting you will work with experienced experts from various areas and state-of-the-art tools to onboard new clients and ensure smooth reporting for existing clients. You will be part of the COO department and report to the head of Data Management & Operations.

Key responsibilities

Design, project management and implementation of investment data deliveries and onboarding of new clients
Ensure smooth flow of data from the original providers to the various stakeholders at AIM
Key contact and link for data and IT providers as well as internal stakeholders, i.e. for change management processes
Define quality checks and follow-up on data quality issues, whether IT driven or business driven

Key requirements/skills/experience

Strong academic background (university degree in computer science, IT, finance, business administration or mathematics) with focus on finance / investments/mathematics or equivalent professional experience in the area
Very high customer and team orientation
Personal drive and “getting things done” mentality
Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Project management skills
Experience with SQL or other query languages, advanced MS office tools and Power BI Suite
