Customer Experience Senior Specialist

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

·  Drives the transformation and improvement of our Customer Experience roadmap.
·  Collect and analyze customer feedback through NPS, VoC platforms.
·  Improving the customer journey around specific events and activities.
·  Design end to end customer journeys together with relevant teams according to customer insights.
·  Analyze customer journey surveys, analyze and get insights from the voice of customer.
·  Lead cross-functional teams to drive customer-centric initiatives
·  Act as a voice for the customer within the organization.
·  Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
·  Evaluate current processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Requirements:

·  Minimum 3 years of experience in CX.
·  Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, business administration or equivalent departments of universities.
·  Proficiency in MS Office applications.
·  Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
