Job Summary
The Contact Center Representative for Auto Warranty Claims will assist customers with warranty inquiries, claim submissions, and resolving issues related to vehicle warranties. You’ll ensure accurate claim processing and provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
· Customer Support: Answer calls, emails, and chats, providing accurate information about warranty coverage and claims.
· Claim Processing: Verify customer and vehicle details, assist with claim submission, and ensure all necessary documentation is provided.
· Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints or discrepancies, collaborating with internal teams as needed.
· Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of customer interactions and claims in accordance with company guidelines.
· Team Collaboration: Work with other departments to ensure efficient claim processing and smooth operations.
· Upselling & Retention: Offer additional services and warranty extensions, helping retain customers.
· Performance Metrics: Meet individual and team goals for customer satisfaction and claim resolution.
Key Qualifications
· Education: High school diploma required; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
· Experience: 1-2 years in customer service or contact center roles; experience with warranty claims is a plus.
· Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
· Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and claims processing platforms.
