About the Job:
As a Commercial Service Manager at Allianz Technology, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Central Functions Platforms, specifically focusing on Central Payments and Real Estate Platforms. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing commercial services, ensuring seamless operations, and driving strategic initiatives that enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, and implementing innovative solutions to meet business objectives.

 

 

What You Do:

  • Manage and oversee commercial services related to Central Payments and Real Estate Platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of services.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor service performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to service teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

 

 

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in managing commercial services, with a focus on Central Payments and Real Estate Platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market trends and customer feedback.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
