We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst Global Claims Processes & Implementation (m/f/d), based in Munich.

Our team is committed to driving Process Management initiatives that ensure sustainable and efficient End-to-End processes, realizing our excellence ambition, while engaging with senior management, and maintaining connections with various departments and group functions. 

 

The Impact You Will Have 

Reporting to the Head of Product Claims and Global Claims Processes, you will establish and support the Allianz Customer Model (ACM) by aligning the Allianz Commercial Claims Process with the ACM Commercial segment, adapting to both internal and external regulatory changes. You will introduce standardized and simplified claims processes that respect the diversity of Allianz Commercial Regional Claims, ensuring consistent implementation and ongoing development of global claims processes across all OEs. 

 

Some of your specific responsibilities could include: 

  • Define, design, implement, and maintain internal claims processes as part of an End-to-End process view and Claims Excellence, including Multinational processing. 

  • Conduct regular process reviews in various Allianz Commercial regions to ensure compliance with defined global processes. 

  • Drive claims initiatives and projects, focusing on process improvements. 

  • Guide and consult CCO stakeholders, departments, and employees on initiatives to continuously improve and strengthen global claims processes. 

  • Maintain knowledge of global claims processes to ensure coordination and alignment with Allianz Commercial initiatives and improvement measures. 

  • Ensure early engagement with stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress and upcoming issues, and securing their cooperation for successful completion and execution of initiatives and projects. 

  • Develop and positively influence key stakeholders across locations and functions. 

  • Build, manage, and motivate teams working on various initiatives, including virtual teams across multiple locations and departments, as well as team members from other departments outside of CCO. 

  • Manage third-party contributions to projects as appropriate. 

 

What You’ll Bring to the Role

  • Experience in claims management is highly desired, demonstrating expertise in handling claims processes, optimizing claims operations, and driving strategic claims initiatives.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to absorb complex information from various sources, analyze data in detail, draw appropriate conclusions, and proactively identify and resolve issues. 

  • Strong business skills to break down complex subjects into manageable components, determine the status quo, business requirements, target objectives, and course of action. 

  • Proficiency in IT skills to identify, advise, and implement solutions for IT-related issues. 

  • Effective consulting skills, including relationship management, customer satisfaction, and facilitation. 

  • Negotiation skills combined with tact and diplomacy to achieve favorable outcomes. 

  • Leadership skills to manage and lead international virtual and non-virtual senior teams on various topics and initiatives. 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly express ideas and messages both in writing and verbally, and to deliver compelling stories to audiences. 

  • Ability to translate analytical findings into concrete suggestions for business steering and opportunities. 

  • Experience in applying artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to improve business processes and decision-making is highly beneficial.
