We are currently seeking to recruit Case Managers at an exciting time of growth for our business.
About the role
· Proactive management of your own CTP claims portfolio to finalisation
· Maintaining a focus on strategic collaboration and case management at all times to maximise return to work and return to health outcomes for claimants
· Compliance focus
· Building effective working relationships with a variety of key stakeholders including legal representatives, medical professionals, and rehabilitation providers to drive successful outcomes
· Assessing claims for reasonable and necessary treatment and rehabilitation requirements
· Assessing and managing injury needs of claimants, handling correspondence regarding CTP benefits, treatment, and rehabilitation and analyse/interpret medical reports and other information.
About you
· Ability to work within a team environment
· Familiarity with MS Office products
· Strong work ethic and time management skills
· Attention to detail and ability to interpret legislation
· Strong analytical skills
· Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle difficult conversations.
