Key responsibilities

 

The Business Transformation & Steering PMO, reporting directly to the Global Head of Business Transformation & Steering (BTS), plays a pivotal role in supporting the definition and execution of the global Business Transformation and Steering initiatives.

 

The Business Transformation & Steering PMO will focus mainly on below activities: 

 

·  Strategic Support: Assist in the planning and execution of key transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.
·  Coordination and Liaison: Act as a central point of communication between the Head of Business Transformation & Steering and various teams, facilitating clear and effective information exchange.
·  Project Oversight: Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring that initiatives remain on track and within scope.
·  Documentation and Reporting: Manage comprehensive documentation, including project plans, status reports, and executive summaries, to support informed decision-making.
·  Risk Identification: Assist in identifying potential risks and bottlenecks within projects, contributing to the development of mitigation strategies.
·  Meeting Facilitation: Organize and prepare for high-level meetings, including Steering Committee sessions, ensuring that agendas are set, materials are prepared, and outcomes are documented.
·  Top Management Presentations: Develop high-quality top management presentations, briefings, reports, reviews, and analyses related to the execution of high-profile strategic projects and programs.
·  Operational Coordination: Drive and steer BTS "ways of working," ensuring coordination across daily operations, internal/external demos, and the preparation of relevant materials for team offsites, as required. 
·  Strategic Planning and Communications Support: Act as a pivotal support for the Head of Business Transformation & Steering by assisting in the strategic planning and execution of transformation initiatives. 
·  Comprehensive Project Coordination: Provide thorough support in managing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, facilitating the smooth progression of transformation initiatives.

What you bring

 

·  Multi-Year experience in collaboration with Business or working within lines of business (LoB).
·  Proven ability in Business Case Analysis, CBA, Benefit realisation, budget tracking.
·  Proven ability to monitor and manage interactions with all external, both contractual and non-contractual parties.
·  Proven experience in Risk management tools and analysis.
·  Busioness Transformation Management Skills.
·  Demonstratable experience in people leadership, negotiating and conflict management.
·  Proven ability to transition, individuals, teams and  organisaitons.
·  Demonstrated Leadership skills, ability to motivate, delegate, instruct and advise. 
·  Fluent in English (verbal and written).
