What do we expect you to bring?
 

·  Bachelor’s degree in a related field
·  Experience in insurance sector
·  Good command of English
·  Ability to make making effective analysis and creating presentations to support decision-making processes
·  Good knowledge of MS Office tools
·  Excellent communication abilities combined with strong interpersonal skills

 

How can you make an impact?
 

·  Creating budgets for sales, rewards, commissions, etc. on the basis of branches and channels and determining strategies and actions with relevant stakeholders to achieve these goals,
·  Interpret and present sector data such as benchmark analysis, market share tracking
·  Tracking performance in diffractions like branch, product, segment, etc.
·  Making the necessary presentations and reports for senior management and the field, with analyzes showing performance,
·  Being a pioneer in coordinating reporting systems with IT and relevant units and ensuring the usage of the system by the teams,
·  Conducting efficiency analyzes based on sales channels, branches, products, branches, sales personnel, etc.
·  Coordinating with relevant units in determining the incentive models of relevant banks and financial institutions
