Job Summary
An assertive, result-oriented customer insight expert who lead the quantitative or any research studies in the company. The key role of this job position is to provide actionable insights to support business strategic decision which ultimately helps to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
· Key person in charge for survey feedback collection which require close collaboration with various business stakeholders, which includes survey set up, questionnaire drafting, analysis and reporting etc.
· To support business strategic decision making by sharing result and actionable insights with business units via analysis collected from survey feedback (“Voice of Customer” using NPS / CSAT / 5-Star Rating Review etc).
· To liaise with key research agencies or vendors for all the research related projects.
· To provide insightful results by analysing internal data (from survey, customer database, campaign information etc) and information gathered from secondary research.
· To assist in market research and insights execution plan to meet business opportunity / service improvement / improve customer satisfaction.
· To support customer outreach and engagement programme or the implementation of group initiatives which aim to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction.
· To support project management and system enhancements, including drafting user requirement and completing user testing, when required.
Key Requirements
· BSc degree in Marketing/Data Analytics/Statistic/Psychology or any relevant field.
· Proven working experience in market research (quantitative study) preferably in the financial services industry with at least 3 years of experience in similar capacity.
· Strong analytical, project management and critical thinking skills.
· Any working experience in qualitative study is an added advantage.
