What you’ll do

 

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages for client services
  • Assess needs and arrange services/benefits based on policy coverage
  • Coordinate with service partners and internal teams to resolve cases
  • Document all conversations, actions, and outcomes in the case system
  • Collaborate within the team to ensure seamless, end-to-end case handling
  • Handle ad hoc tasks to support Assistance Operations as needed

 

 

What you’ll bring

 

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • 1+ years’ experience in client-facing or coordination roles (e.g., customer service, provider liaison, account/claims support, operations); fresh graduates welcome.
  • Advantage: background in insurance, medical, or travel assistance
  • Strong English (written and spoken); Mandarin and Chinese dialects are a plus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Able to work rotating shifts across 7 days (07:00–22:00), including weekends and public holidays. 
  • Customer-focused, calm under pressure, and detail-oriented
