Job description
Job Role:
- The Assistance Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the Assistance Operations Department to effectively deliver services to clients and subscribers of Allianz Partners (AzP).
- This includes managing both inbound and outbound communications such as calls, emails, and other correspondences related to AzP client services.
- The Coordinator is responsible for providing necessary assistance to clients by taking the appropriate actions to arrange services and benefits according to the needs of the subscribers and their policy coverage.
- All conversations, correspondence, and actions must be meticulously documented in the case management system.
- Additionally, the Coordinator collaborates within a team environment to ensure comprehensive case handling.
- Shift timings: 24-hour rotational basis

Work model: On-site work at the office.
