What you do

 

制定和实施资产负债匹配策略，确保资产配置与负债的期限、成本、流动性及风险特征相匹配。

监控市场及公司实际情况变化，定期进行资产负债管理的风险评估，包括市场风险、信用风险、流动性风险等评估其对资产负债匹配的影响，并适时调整资负策略。

作为资产负债执委会/ALM小组会的牵头人，组织和协调相关会议，确保信息的透明和决策的有效性。

负责进行公司战略资产配置的具体执行工作，包括固定收益、权益等各类资产的配置比例和资负匹配策略在战略资产配置的应用。

作为牵头协调人，负责编制和审核相关配置及ALM报告，确保满足集团及监管要求的合规性。

参与设计保险产品，提供资产负债匹配分析，收益分析和相关约束指标的测算。

及时评估负债端需求，运用先进的技术和系统工具来支持资产负债管理工作，平衡资产负债管理多目标的要求。

与资产管理人进行有效沟通，推进资负匹配策略及SAA的具体执行，确保投资端利润达到年度目标并及时引导资产管理人进行配置方向的调整。

What you bring

 

具有全日制重点大学本科及以上学历，数理统计、精算、金融、经济等相关专业。

本科学历8年以上保险行业相关工作经验，硕士研究生学历5年以上保险行业相关工作经验。

具备保险行业资产负债管理、资产配置、风险管理、精算相关岗位经验者优先。

具备CFA、FRM、FSA、FIA、精算认证资格者优先。
