Job description

JOB DETAILS / ROLE PURPOSE:

 

·  Under direction, lead planning and execution of ITGC control testing: Collection of evidence for control testing, review of evidence, follow up with the service owners or AZ Tech on missing evidences.
·  Manage delivery of ITGC Control testing to agreed deadlines
·  Perform the annual ITGC control testing in coordination with AzTech RM / ISO and AZ P ISO teams
·  Review and documents control testing results, and agree on the mitigation plans for control deficiencies with AZ Tech and Service Owners, preparation of control test result report to be used for regional and global RiCos, upload of test results into ORGS (if applicable)
·  Drive progress of mitigation actions
·  Follow up with AZ Tech and service owners on the execution of mitigation actions
·  Support in enhancing 2LoD ITRM framework, in light of regulatory expectations such as DORA
·  Support in coverage of IT and IS topics in relevant Governance Committee
·  Support in resolving IT and IS issue escalation
·  Communicates transparently with all IT stakeholders and keep them informed of potential issues and escalates any problems and delays.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

·  Experience in IT General Control Testing and IT/IS risks in general and the mitigating controls in addressing these risks
·  Experience of auditing in general and more preference in auditing ITGC
·  (good knowledge of IT auditing standards)
·  Experience in project management
·  Experience in 2LoD IT/IS Risk team
·  Knowledge of regulatory expectations on IT/IS Topics
·  Have had exposure to insurance company or financial institutions.
