The Agile Center of Excellence is recruiting experienced Agile Transformation Managers for Allianz Technology, the IT Provider of the Allianz Group.  Through our global end-to-end Agile operating model, we have the ambition to organize independent product teams, enable technical excellence, and foster collaboration between Business and IT. What you do

  • Lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide Agile transformation strategies within Allianz Technology in collaboration with other operating entities.
  • Develop and implement the Agile operating model, transformation strategy, policies, and standards.
  • Provide expert-level coaching and training to all levels of the organization on Agile principles, practices, and tools.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for Agile transformation initiatives.
  • Enable data-driven ways of working to track impact through Agile metrics, e.g. OKRs, lead time, flow efficiency.
  • Continuously assess and improve the organization's Agile maturity and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Lead global and local Agile community initiatives to ensure capability and community building.

What you bring

  • University degree in business management, technology-related field or equivalent experience in consulting with a focus on Agile
  • Proven track record of leading large scale Agile transformations involving Business and IT
  • Strong knowledge of organizational design, change management, and at least one scaled Agile approach, e.g. SaFe, LeSS, Flight Levels
  • Critical, data-driven approach to transformation
  • Strong interpersonal skills including coaching, communicating, and managing conflict
  • Proven stakeholder management up to C-level executives
  • Understand the difference between coaching and consulting, when to apply which approach, and when to shift accordingly
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to travel

Nice to have

  • Relevant Agile certifications (e.g. ICP-ACC, CSP)
  • Experience with Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, and Miro
  • Fluency in Spanish, German, and other languages
