What you do
· Removes various impediments (e.g. organizational, work-environmental or mindset-related) to protect the team’s progress and acts as its servant leader
· Coaches two agile teams (maximum of 5 to 10 members each) in self-organization, cross-functionality and Agile methodologies
· Helps the team to create high-value and high-quality products
· Creates an open-minded working environment and inspiration of the team to continuously improve cooperation and collaboration
· Facilitates Scrum events as requested or needed
· Consults the Product Owner in arranging the Product Backlog to maximize value
· Leads and coaches the respective teams in its Scrum adoption
· Collaborates with other Scrum Masters
What you bring
· Relevant work experience in Agile practices and roles, transformation, change management, and / or consultancy business
· Experience in change management, and different Agile and Lean approaches such as Scrum, Kanban, XP practices or similar
· Experience in mentoring, coaching, collaborating, communication, facilitation, conflict management, and team building
· Higher education degree in business administration, change management, economics, IT or comparable education
