Agency Development Manager, Southern Region

Job Summary
This role drives agency growth and performance by executing strategic plans, strengthening recruitment and productivity, and ensuring the achievement of regional sales targets and key peformance indicators (“KPIs”) in the Southern Region.
Key Responsibilities
- To plan, manage, and monitor agencies’ performance and to drive agencies to achieve Regional target.
- Manage and grow agency force in territory assigned.
- Management strategy and execution to support growth of agency via recruiting, training and coaching.
- To provide timely support to agency force to achieve the overall KPIs set.
- To plan, strategize, and organize activities that drive productivity and recruitment.
- To conduct regular review with agency leaders to identify performance gap, formulate action plans to address identified gaps, implement and monitor action plans to ensure success.
- To carry out ad-hoc activities whenever required by the Company in achieving Company aspirations.
Key Requirements
- Degree holder with 3–5 years’ experience in agency/sales management
- Good analytical and performance management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to travel within assigned territory.
- Familiar with the use of ChatGPT for tasks simplication
