Researcher Fraud Intelligence

Job description

As a part of our Retail Fraud and Risk Quality team you'll become part of an expanding and motivated team of specialists heading up the fight against fraud.

You'll analyse data and conduct research, uncovering and investigating policies and networks displaying fraudulent characteristics. Working with a range of stakeholders you'll work to build adequate fraud protection, developing and enhancing the use of intelligence across Allianz. This function is pivotal in protecting our business from the effects of fraud, and ensures our ambitious plans for growth have strong foundations.

You will also be involved in:
* Research, development, evaluation and assessment of information and intelligence in support of the team's analytics functions
* Maintaining and searching databases and intelligence tools to identify new fraud
* Identifying suspicious patterns and links warranting further investigation
* Preparation and delivery of research findings
* Logging intelligence to ensure its usability in proactive fraud management
* Collating and co-ordinating all sources of intelligence across the business
* Strategic projects positively impacting our intelligence capability
* Contributing to the overall team strategy

Skills & Experience:

Ideally you will have relevant experience/background in either fraud detection or data research. You will be confident in analysing large sets of data in different formats, using Excel or other internal software and have the ability to maintain databases and pick up new innovative system processes.

As an enthusiastic, tenacious individual, you will be keen to develop a high degree of specialist knowledge of the Insurance fraud landscape, conducting insightful research into potential fraudulent trends and patterns.
