Opportunity

Currently we are looking for 'Trainee Recruiters’ across a number of the Allegis brands: Aerotek, TEKsystems and Aston Carter and we expect to hire over 80 Trainee Recruiters within 2015.

Our UK offices include: London, Manchester, Edinburgh, Birmingham and Thames Valley and we are hiring across each of these areas locations

What does the role involve?

As a Trainee Recruiter your role will be to source and generate candidates for your clients as well as creating business development opportunities.

Core Responsibilities

• Demonstrate consistent performance, sales activity and conduct
• Achieve quarterly, monthly and weekly Recruiter targets and objectives
• Adopt AGI’s values, ethos and standards, and be an ambassador for AGI at all times
• Learn AGI’s best recruitment practice and sales methodology
• Pro-actively generate and qualify candidates that match requirements from our client base
• Develop a candidate network and database for your own vertical market

• Present candidates to your manager
• Manage the candidate interview process
• Manage the placement process
