Overview

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced telemarketer to contribute to the development of an innovative and expanding enterprise in South London. The organisation has ambitious plans to become the leading consulting and teaching institution in the UK over the next five years.

The Role:

You will be working in our head office based in Croydon, making calls to potential parents who have expressed interest in Parch Hill, advising them about our services, building rapport with them and booking them in for a free parent-teacher consultation.

Note: This is strictly not a cold calling job.

You will only be calling parents who have shown genuine interest in furthering their children’s education. These parents have directly given us their full contact details & current schooling information; they are awaiting us to contact them and give further information regarding our services. You will book them in by appointment to visit our premises and see first-hand our services.

Final note:

This job will not involve any selling of goods or services so will not involve any cash transactions and will not involve any financial information. You will only be expected to describe our tuition services and book appointments. There may be customer service calling to be completed also.

Skills Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills - able to build and maintain fruitful relationships over the phone.
• Enthusiastic, lively and motivated.
• Well educated, organised, confident, and ambitious.
• Ability to work independently
• Previous experience of working in telesales or telemarketing.
• Knowledge the UK education system
