The National Real Estate Team requires a Regional Real Estate Assistant, to support the team with their acquisition of new sites and development of new stores in the central Midlands.


The candidate will be required to provide operational and administrative support including taking responsibility for the administration and delivery of various tasks working directly for the Regional Real Estate Director.


The role requires experience in an administration role and any prior property experience would be highly beneficial. Strong inter-personal and communication skills are also required as the role involves regular engagement with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.

Your New Role:

·  Provide organisational and administrative support to the Regional Property Director and wider team.
·  Process invoices, and associated documents in accordance with departmental processes.
·  Management of the shared email inbox with a high daily income of emails at circa 100+.
·  Prepare, analyse and create reports, presentations, memos etc.
·  Organise ad hoc events and meetings.
·  Ensure the electronic filing of documents, including scanning of documents and upload of information on to Aldi software.
·  Collate, manipulate, and analyse complex data.
·  Day to day interaction with external contractors or consultants.
·  Diary management.

·  Salary details £36,080 rising to £42,135
·  12 month contract
·  Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, with the opportunity of 2 days a week remote working
