  Experience in areas Product development and testing,
·  Has knowledge of products and application,
·  Has experience with application and drying equipment, complaint investigation and resolution.
·  Posses' good knowledge of business of bodyshops in areas including repair process, routing & layout,
·  Production & scheduling and procedures.
·  Should have knowledge in Job costing and measuring basic body shop profitability
·  Understanding & experience of the Car Refinish market from a technical and process perspective
·  Has Commercial Orientation & has been involved in training & coaching
