Job description
This analyst position's main focus is complaint investigation, coordination and finding of root cause. The analyst will develop KPIs and help develop continuous improvement efforts to eliminate complaint sources. Analyst performs some administrative function as well as lab testing and will be part of the quality technical team.
Participate and contribute in Health & Safety, Security and Environmental activities (SAFE Meetings, BBS Observer, HS&E Training, Housekeeping, 5S, Recycling, Waste Management, etc.)
Complaint Coordination, recertification and testing
Administrative function
Continuous Improvement team function
Other duties as assigned
Vendor Audits
Desired profile
· Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or related field.
· 0-2 years of experience
· Experience in laboratory testing
· Proficient in the use of MS Office suite(Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Access)
· Ability to distinguish colors
· Organizational & communication skills
· Customer Service skills
· Critical and logical thinking skills
· High degree of attention to detail
· Knowledge of mathematics up through calculus.
