Our Vehicle Refinishes manufacturing site in Pontiac, MI has an outstanding opportunity for a passionate professional to assume the role of Project Engineer. This position manages and successfully implements small and moderately sized capital projects and assists with the implementation of large and strategic projects.

We are a leading supplier of products, color technology and state-of-the-art customer services for automotive refinishing and commercial vehicle and rail OEM and repair. The non-union site employs approximately 200 employees and manufactures 3 million gallons a year.

·Bachelor"s degree in Engineering from four-year College or University is required; concentration in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering is preferred.
·Five to ten years related experience and/or training is required.
·Project management experience required
·Experience working at a batch processing manufacturing site is preferred
·Demonstrated strong leadership skills
·Analytical and problem solving capability
·Ability to handle changing priorities
·Effective communications skills and ability to work with all layers of the organization
