Home to world class products and the Dulux Superbrand we're now recruiting a Filling Operator to be part of the team ensuring the smooth running of our high volume paint filling operation in Stowmarket.

Working on a shift system, you'll ensure paint filling and associated equipment operates effectively to meet set production targets. You'll work to the highest H&S standards while liaising with managers and internal departments, covering manufacturing to logistics, to deliver improvements and reduce wastage. You'll resolve problems, support repairs, manage product changeovers and minimise downtime to make sure batch cycle times are optimised.

Ideally with a City and Guilds and NVQ 1, you will be able to demonstrate an eye for detail as well as strong communication and problem solving skills. You will understand the importance of operating to company procedures and safely. Flexible to work shifts involving weekend working, you'll be reliable, a strong time keeper and comfortable working to performance targets as part of a team. Key will be your desire and aptitude to develop, take on greater responsibilities and grow within the business. Experience of working in a manufacturing environment and an FLT licence would be an advantage.
