An experienced multilingual fluent in European languages with good PC skills and a desire to develop in a customer service role you are now looking to join a company that will encourage your input, welcome your ideas and act on them. That company is AkzoNobel. We're looking for an enthusiastic individual with an eye for detail to process customer quotations and manage client enquiries for our Marine Coatings business in Felling.

As Customer Service Administrator you will be one point of contact with our customer base for United Kingdom and Ireland. You will coordinate between order processing and invoicing teams to respond to customer enquiries accordingly. Important will be the ability to follow corporate processes and deliver high levels of service that exceed customer expectations.

Desired profile

You must have well developed PC skills, an eye for detail and be effective working as part of a team. You will need to be good at building strong relationships across internal and external functions too. Experience of working in a customer facing role is essential and you will be the sort of person who handles pressure well and is passionate about excellence and delivers on commitments.
