About the opportunity:
As part of the Black Belt Development Program, you will travel abroad to receive a five week intensive L6S training that includes being paired with a Master Black Belt who will coach you during the process up until your certification.
You will be joining a multinational organization that is committed to your personal and professional development and have the chance to experience a broad range of projects. After successfully completing several projects and demonstrating your ability to effectively deliver change, you will certify as a Black Belt.
You will be expected to play a major role in L6S deployment. This full-time role is responsible for leading L6S projects, delivering the value determined, and managing a project team. Besides leading projects, you will also coach, train, and mentor Brown Belts and partner with the organization to define further areas for improvement. This Black Belt position can lead to higher management positions.
Desired profile
We are looking for candidates who:
·have a Master"s degree
·have +/- 6 years of relevant work experience
·have demonstrated high performance levels in current and previous roles
·are analytical, innovative, open-minded and results-oriented
·have excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
·are able to travel extensively; this position requires traveling approximately 75% of the working time since the projects will be conducted both regionally and globally.
**REMOTE CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED**
It is an advantage if you have one or more of these:
·experience in an international environment
·a manufacturing or commercial background
·some experience with project management
·exposure to/working knowledge of L6S
·working knowledge of one or more of the main languages in our business: Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, German, French, Portuguese, Spanish, Russian and/or Chinese

Should your qualifications meet our requirements, you will be invited to take an online assessment, the results of which will determine whether you continue to the interview round. In the interview we will either call or meet with you in person to learn more about your profile. This also provides an opportunity for you to learn more about us. The last step in the process will be a personal and professional assessment day. During this day you will complete a series of exercises that relate to the role of a future Black Belt.
