Job title: Telesales Executive (IMMEDIATE START)

Hours of work: Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm (FLEXIBLE DAYS & HOURS)

Rate of pay: £6.70 p/h + UNCAPPED COMMISSION - up to £500 per week

Location: Birmingham

Here at AK Contracts Ltd an exciting new job opportunity has arisen within an established and well respected energy brokerage company. They are looking to expand their workforce and add a Telesales Executive to their team.

We are looking for outgoing candidates that are able to maximise on sales opportunities, build long standing relationships with customers and contribute towards a team sales target.

THIS ROLE IS SUITABLE FOR STUDENTS / PARENTS OR ANYONE WHO WANTS TO HAVE MORE FLEXIBILITY WITH WORKING HOURS

Role Overview: You will be a part of the outbound sales process. Business to business sales (B2B). Delivering a pitch and completing contracts.

You will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written. You should be able to prioritise your workload and be comfortable using computers.

It is preferable if you have some sales experience, or a background working within GAS/ELECTRIC field - But is NOT NECESSARY. Full Training is provided.

The ideal candidate must have experience in;

Working unsupervised once trained
Following standard operating procedures accurately
Being flexible enough to learn new skills
Being committed to safety, quality and productivity
Achieving a high standard of punctuality and attendance
Adhering to health and safety rules and promote a safe working environment

Duties will include:

Making outbound sales calls
Filling in client details
Managing and prioritising workload to meet targets

Person specification

This role would be suited to someone who is confident working in a team and independently.
Confident speaking over the phone
As the successful candidate you will have the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Have a strong work ethic conveying confidence and passion in delivering high quality sales pitches.
Be well presented
