We are looking for a talented Customer Onboarding Specialist to manage our Mid market accounts on EMEA and APAC markets . You are the first point of contact of the our new clients, your mission is to make them feel comfortable with the use of our product.
Your mission @Aircall:
· Manage the onboarding process for a portfolio of new customers simultaneously on EMEA and APAC Markets.
· Work with our Account Executives to manage client expectations and ensure that the Onboarding Team has all information necessary for a smooth transition
· Review and understand our customer's business and communication challenges to successfully implement solutions
· Onboard and train new customers to ensure they are setup for maximum success
· Oversee the implementation of Aircall to ensure the best customer experience with the product in the long run : account configuration, product training, technical requirements...
· Analyze, organize, and communicate customer feedback to the Product, and Sales Teams
· Learn and maintain a deep expertise of Aircall and best practices to provide ongoing value and support to our customers
· Troubleshoot issues reported by customers during the implementation process and provide solutions
· Maintain and track all projects and documentation
· Create and improve processes and systems for scaling the implementation and training of new customers
Your responsibilities :
· Be an expert of Aircall to make sure our clients are satisfied
· Ensure a good relationship to make our Customers happy
· Work closely with the Care, Sales, Product and Success Teams to share the clients' feedback : you will be the voice of our Customers.
A little more about you :
· 1+ year experience in a similar position
· Native or bilingual in French and/or English
· Solutions driven, a real problem solver
· Tech curiosity is a big plus as we onboard customer on a SaaS solution
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Passion for consistently providing excellent customer experience
· Comfortable managing several tasks and issues in a fast-paced environment
