Location: Manching
Start: June 1st 2024
Duration: 12 months (extension of up to another 12 months possible)

Your tasks and responsibilities

· 
Supporting on time and efficiently a manager or a team in operational, planning or organizational tasks.

· 
Manage supplier relationships 

· 
Commodity Multi-Functional Team(MFT) support

· 
Tenders and supplier selection processes support

· 
Contract management support: Set-up, negotiate & manage contractual agreements with suppliers, including negotiations for existing contracts & new supplier contracts.

Desired skills and qualifications

· 
Enrolled full-time student (d/f/m) in the area of project management, negotiation or an equivalent field of study.

· 
First practical experience in the field of procurement and project management is desirable.

· 
Knowledge of SAP would be an asset

· 
Negotiation skill and the ability to persuade, influence and convince

· 
Leadership and management

· 
Able to anticipate, assess and mitigate risks

· 
Skills in relationship building, team building, empowering, motivating others and conflict management.

· 
Business fluent level of English
