Working Student (d/f/m) - Widebody Development Fuselage Project Management
You are a full time student, looking for a working student position and want to get to know the work of a Project Manager (d/f/m) and help us to shape the future of the fascinating Widebody Family, including the revolutionary A350F? Start: January 2026, or later
·
Duration: 12 months (with a possibility of prolongation)
You will receive a collectively agreed salary of at least €18.17 per hour, depending on the job. There are also special payments such as vacation pay.
Your location
You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Experience the special flair of Hamburg in your spare time where vibrant cosmopolitan culture meets nautic legacy.

Your tasks and responsibilities
·
Foster deployment of state of art practices for Project Management into the Project & Programme Manager team.
·
Identify areas of improvement and propose solutions and implementation roadmap.
·
Build and monitor Project Plans for different components of the A350 & A330 Fuselage (PAX and Freighter).
·
Deploy Risks & Opportunities solutions, including defining and keeping track of the mitigation action plan.
·
Build and update KPIs to support project monitoring and steering.
·
Support monitoring of the Project Cost Performance (e.g. Spending vs Earned Value).
Desired skills and qualifications
·
Enrolled full-time student (d/f/m) in Engineering, Project Management, Business Management, or a related field.
·
Basic knowledge of project management fundamentals, including project scoping, planning, risk and opportunities, and cost performance.
·
Initial practical experience in project management is desirable.
·
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
·
Understanding of structural/airframe engineering and/or industrial processes is a plus.
·
Fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or French is a plus.
