VIE - Reward Specialist (d/f/m)

Definition VIE

The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) program is an international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function. We are looking for highly motivated graduates aged 18 to 28 years, who are citizens of the European Union (all E.U. nationals, plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein). Candidates meeting these criteria and interested in a VIE, please register before your 28th birthday on the website www.civiweb.com . Your tasks and responsibilities

· 
Prepare and analyze reward data, generate reports, and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

· 
Propose recommendations for streamlining our grading approach thanks to AI.

· 
Collect information from our company agreements and policies related to compensation, benefits and grading, structure and summarise those in clear terms, 

· 
Describe Reward policies and procedures for HR stakeholders and our employees in a streamlined and effective manner.

· 
Participate in reward-related projects, such as system implementations or process improvements.

· 
Propose alternative ways of managing or communicating on our compensation and benefits programmes

· 
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and management to provide support on reward-related matters, such as job evaluations, salary reviews, and individual compensation cases.

· 
Ensure compliance with all relevant compensation and benefits regulations and company policies.

Desired skills and qualifications

· 
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Computer Science or a related field.

· 
The ideal candidate works accurately, communicates clearly, and helps maintain structure and clarity in a fast-moving environment. 

· 
Any experience or interest in C&B or labour relations is a highly recommendable: grading, compensation or payroll matters

· 
Advanced Excel/Google Sheet skills are a must. Familiar with Workday, Automation and AI solutions

· 
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.

· 
English language is a must - German is an advantage
