In order to support the Value Stream Management,  Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a

VIE - A320 Family VSA (Value Stream Analysis) Project Leader (d/f/m)

Our organization belongs to the Value Stream Management function for the A320 Family Programme and is responsible for the VSA (Value Stream Analysis) on the overall industrial system network. The VSA will have to fulfill 3 main objectives:

· 
Visualize / Understand our industrial system network (Thousands of industrial systems are needed in and outside Airbus to produce the A320 Family Programme)

· 
Plan Industrial evolutions at the good moment and for the benefit of the Industrial performance

· 
Predict deliveries, performances, ... based on the network bottom up informations

As it is a new mission, we launch a project aiming at delivering the Governance and associated Process, Methods & Tools. If you are curious, eager to learn and motivated by multi-cultural and multi-functional collaborations, Welcome to our team !

Definition VIE

The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) program is an international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function. We are looking for highly motivated graduates aged 18 to 28 years, who are citizens of the European Union (all E.U. nationals, plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein). Candidates meeting these criteria and interested in a VIE, please register before your 28th birthday on the website www.civiweb.com . You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Your tasks and responsibilities

· 
Project planning, execution and monitoring for the concept phase of the project.

· 
Measure the "As Is" situation.

· 
Analyse Root Causes of problems.

· 
Define the "To Be" solution.

· 
Plan the development & deployment.

· 
Start the solution development.

 Desired skills and qualifications

· 
University degree in the area of engineering or an equivalent field of study.

· 
First practical experience in the field of industrial experience and/or  Change Management is desirable.

· 
Stakeholder management (Identify the key stakeholder and build a strategy to make your project a common success, involve the users and customers in the solution definition).

· 
You have digital knowledge (Relational Databases), project structuration and have some knowledge about moderation techniques.

· 
Motivated to learn and develop yourself.

· 
You are dynamic and able to work collaboratively, adaptable to a variety of cultures and maturities on a topic.

· 
You have ability to analyze data and propose data visualization solutions.

· 
Fluent in English.
