Summary

The objective of this technical assistance is to transfer know how to the customer aimed at them becoming competent in the maintenance and operation of their Airbus Helicopters fleets and to provide a communication link with Airbus Helicopters (AH)

Responsibilities

· 
Tech Rep is the primary point of contact and shall be the liaison between AH and the customer so that information relating to the operation of the AH fleets can be expeditiously communicated.

· 
Support all maintenance tasks consistent with OEM technical data including AD, EASB/ASB and SB.

· 
Guide the customer in accessing and using the information in AirbusWorld, T.I.P.I., T.O.O.L.S. and EASA websites.

· 
Evaluate aircraft condition to establish possible solutions, e.g. due to corrosion, aging deterioration, in-service incidents.

· 
Provide on the job training for the customer covering field level of maintenance and operations, functional tests, inspection and repair activities related to aircraft systems.

· 
Provide on-site assistance at deployed bases as required.

· 
Tech Rep shall prepare a weekly report to provide an overview of the aircraft usage, significant accomplishment of tech assistance activities, and identify any program issues that should be addressed, with emphasis on customer management views.

Academic/Educational Requirements

· 
Bachelor degree or higher in aeronautical or related field with equivalent work experience

· 
Aviation/Aeronautical knowledge

Required Skills/Experience

· 
Minimum 1 years of experience in Airbus Helicopters H145 maintenance

· 
Communication and Interpersonal skills

· 
Good knowledge of Airbus Helicopters H145

· 
English: advanced
