Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an Technical Officer Assembly FAL A350 (f/m) to join our Takted Stations & P59 Coordination team based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a team responsible for managing the remaining work and ensuring :

-The comparison between ‘As Built’ and ‘As Specified’ statuses, managing the classification of the deltas related to compliance

-Industrial activities by managing a realistic schedule of the remaining work in line with Quality Gate criteria and Program Planning.

Your challenges :

· 
Coordinate the progress of remaining work (NCs & QLB) written on the FAL for Partners / POE-QFE.

· 
Coordinate the progress of CLB for Partners / POE-QFE.

· 
Analyze the technical impacts of NCs / QLB raised on the FAL by anticipating the releases of downstream stations.

· 
Analyze dormant FAL NCs & QLB/CLB that have been open for more than 7 days.

· 
Ensure the follow-up and resolution of blocking points for major milestones at the station, and escalate when necessary, in accordance with internal coordination rules.

· 
Ensure validation of releases for downstream stations.

· 
Prepare and participate in the TRAP

· 
Jointly analyze new points with the Production Group and ensure that tools are properly updated (milestones completed by the qualified stakeholders).

· 
Update AccessView.

· 
Prepare and participate in the ROP: follow up and schedule partner-related points in alignment with FAL activities

· 
Facilitate communication between Partners / POE-QFE and the Production Group (access constraints, schedule changes, IC signatures, eAR zone openings).

· 
Ensure continuous update of points within your scope (ODD, commitment dates for resolution).

· 
Ensure the administrative closure of tracked points (ICs open for more than 24 hours).

· 
Schedule and lead the aircraft handover meeting (presentation conducted by the OL) and write the minutes.

· 
Monitor the proper maintenance of the handover logbook.

Your boarding pass :

Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience

-Knowledge of TANDEM / ACPng / SAP tools

-Proficiency with Google Sheets / DRIVE tools

-Familiarity with the Final Assembly Line (FAL) would be a plus

-Understanding of industrial processes

-Strong communication and teamwork skills

-Ability to lead meetings and coordinate cross-functional activities

-Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, methodical approach, pragmatism, and focus on work quality

-Perseverance, resilience, curiosity

-Intermediate level in spoken and written French and English
