Strategic Procurement MFT Leader (m/w/d) - Environmental Control Systems in Avionics and Mission Lead Function
You will join the Strategic Procurement Department and more particularly “Avionics and Mission Systems” Procurement .
Your location
At our Donauwörth site, located on the banks of the river Danube, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product. Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield.

Your tasks and responsibilities
·
Implement procurement activities of sourcing, negotiation, contracting and supplier monitoring in accordance with the Company's requirements.
·
Conduct commercial negotiations and enter into contracts with suppliers for all Airbus Helicopters Group
·
Lead the multifunctional team for internal and external on your scope of equipment
·
Support and coordinate the other buyers involved in your MFT in Donauwörth and Marignane
·
Define the supplier strategy and ensure its implementation together with the multifunctional team
·
Implement cost reduction campaigns and projects
·
Support sales campaigns with suppliers
·
Regularly report, develop and update KPIs on schedule, results and performance
·
Defining short, medium and long-term strategies per market and supplier, annual priorities, drumbeat progress Implementation of the strategic roadmap
·
Manage strategic relationships with a major customer supplier, including the global contract framework, supplier obsolescence days, technology days, meetings and briefings with top management
Desired skills and qualifications
·
Completed studies in business administration, engineering or comparable
·
Many years of relevant experience in procurement, contract and project management
·
Experienced use of IT solutions ( SAP , Excel, etc.)
·
Negotiation skills and confident appearance at different hierarchical levels in an international environment
·
Very good communication and conflict skills
·
International experience and ability to work in a team
·
Fluent in German and English
·
Knowledge of French is an advantage
·
Readiness for business trips
