Une offre de stage intitulée « Gestion du process Expert Career Path » vient de s’ouvrir au sein de Airbus Helicopters sur son site de Marignane.
Vous rejoindrez l'équipe RH au sein du département « HR Site Marignane» qui regroupe l'ensemble des HRBPs du site de Marignane.
Ce stage consistera à participer à l’ensemble des activités autour de l’expert Career Path, pour analyser et améliorer le process en place.
Ce stage débutera en février / mars 2026 pour une durée de 6 mois.
Vos principales missions consisteront à :
Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :
● Collecter et analyser techniquement les besoins des acteurs du process Expert Career Path
● Mettre à jour les Procédures internes de nomination et suivi des experts AH (Handbook)
● Proposer des Templates automatisés pour la nomination des Experts
● Définir un kit de communication / Formation destiné au HRBPs pour les sensibiliser à leur rôle
● Proposer des templates de feedback suite aux entretiens experts
● Documenter toutes les étapes du processus (nomination et gestion des carrières)
Votre carte d’embarquement pour cette aventure :
Vous êtes en 5eme année de Master RH
Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :
● connaissance de la convention de la Métallurgie
● connaissance de la gestion de carrière RH
● Aisance en analyse des données
● Un bon relationnel, un goût du travail en équipe
● Communication claire et esprit de synthèse
Compétences linguistiques :
● Anglais : avancé
● Français : courant

Internship: Expert Career Path Process Improvement Mission

An internship opportunity titled “Expert Career Path Process Management” has just opened at Airbus Helicopters , based at the Marignane site.
You will be part of an HR team within the HR Site Marignane department, which brings together all HR Business Partners on site.
This internship will involve contributing to various activities related to the Expert Career Path, with the goal of analyzing and improving the current process
.
Internship duration: 6 months, starting in February/March 2026
Your mission :
Under the guidance of your mentor, you will develop your skills by working on the following tasks:

Collect and analyse the needs of stakeholders involved in the Expert Career Path process
·
Update internal procedures for the nomination and monitoring of AH experts (Handbook)
·
Propose automated templates for expert nominations
·
Design a communication and training kit for HRBPs to raise awareness of their role
·
Suggest feedback templates following expert interviews
·
Document all stages of the process (nomination and career management)
Your Boarding Pass:
You are currently in the 5th year of a Master’s program in Human Resources and possess the following knowledge and skills:

Understanding of the Metallurgy collective agreement
·
Knowledge of HR career management
·
Strong data analysis skills
·
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
·
Clear communication and strong synthesis abilities
Language Skills
·
English: Advanced
·
French: fluent
