Votre mission, si vous l'acceptez :

Une offre de stage intitulée "Stage en Caractérisation de la valeur des services pour la recherche" vient de s'ouvrir au sein de Airbus Commercial sur son site de Blagnac wings campus.

Vous rejoindrez le département “Stratégie Service après vente” en charge de définir le futur des Services de Airbus commercial.

Votre stage consistera à caractériser et quantifier le potentiel de valeur de Services pour des projets de Recherche & Technologie ainsi que des projets de développement d’affaires (Business Development). Cela contribuera à la pondération de ces projets pour déterminer leur contribution potentielle au futur des Services de l’aviation commerciale.

 

Ce stage, d'une durée de 6 mois, débutera idéalement en février 2025 (cette période est indicative et pourra être ajustée).

Vos principales missions consisteront à :

● L'identification des principaux éléments de valeurs caractérisant les services (ce qui crée de la valeur)

● La définition des principales valeurs de transfert (Comment comparer des domaines de services hétérogènes)

● Disséminer le référentiel de valeur des Domaines de Services dans les différentes organisations d’Airbus Avion commercial.

Votre tuteur ou tutrice vous accompagnera tout au long de votre stage, vous aidant à développer vos compétences et à atteindre vos objectifs professionnels.

Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes :

● Gestion de projet

● Analyse de rentabilisation (Business Case)

● Différents Domaines d’opération des Avions 

Ce stage implique de travailler avec la R&T, le secteur de l’innovation, le département des avant projets, l’équipe des Architecte Services, et de la Gestion de portefeuille de projets. 

Votre carte d’embarquement pour cette aventure :

Vous êtes actuellement en Bac +4/5 dans le domaine d'ingénieur en aéronautique ou un domaine équivalent.

Vous possédez idéalement les compétences suivantes :

Compétences techniques :

● Dans l'opération des avions en vol

● Dans la gestion de projet et en particulier l’analyse de la valeur

Soft Skills :

● Le pilotage de projet dans le cadre d’un travail avec des équipes multiculturelle, multidisciplinaire et à distance

● La présentation à des audiences variées

Langues :

Anglais : négociation

Français : négociation

Your mission :

An internship opportunity titled "Internship in Characterizing the Value of Services for Research" has just opened at Airbus Commercial located in Blagnac Wings Campus. You will join the After-Sales Service Strategy department, responsible for defining the future of Airbus Commercial Services.

Your internship will involve characterizing and quantifying the value potential of Services for Research & Technology projects as well as Business Development projects.

This will contribute to the weighting of these projects to determine their potential contribution to the future of Commercial Aviation Services.

Ideally, thisa six month internship and it should start in February 2025 (date subject to flexibility).

Your main missions will consist of :

● Identifying the main value elements characterizing the services (what creates value)

● Defining the main transfer values ​​(how to compare disparate service areas)

● Disseminating the Service Area value framework across the various Airbus Commercial Aircraft organizations.

Your tutor will support you throughout your internship, helping you develop your skills and achieve your professional goals.

This internship will allow you to develop the following skills :

● Project Management

● Business Case Analysis

● Various Aircraft Operations Areas

This internship involves working with R&T, the Innovation sector, the Preliminary Projects department, the Architect Services team, and Project Portfolio Management.

Your boarding pass :

You are preparing a diploma level Bac+4/5 degree in aeronautical engineering(or equivalent).

You possess the following competences :

Technical Skills:

● In-flight aircraft operations

● In project management, particularly value analysis

Soft Skills:

● Project management while working with multicultural, multidisciplinary, and remote teams

● Presentations to diverse audiences

Languages skills :

English: Negotiation

French: Negotiation
