Nous recherchons un stagiaire curieux et ambitieux pour rejoindre notre équipe Opérations et vivre une expérience de six mois en immersion dans le monde des données d'échange de composants aéronautiques et de l'intégrité des processus d'industrialisation. Votre mission, si vous l'acceptez : En tant que stagiaire Analyste Qualité des Données et des Processus, vous serez au cœur de l'excellence de nos opérations. Encadré par un mentor dédié, vous contribuerez à deux domaines essentiels :

1. Contrôle Qualité des Données  : Analysez en profondeur nos données et aidez l'équipe à effectuer des contrôles qualité réguliers sur les applications existantes. Découvrez l'histoire derrière les données en identifiant les incohérences, les informations manquantes ou les anomalies dans nos systèmes. Relier les points clés en contribuant à l'analyse des causes profondes pour comprendre les causes des erreurs et contribuer à la recherche de solutions durables. Collaborez avec l'équipe pour surveiller nos tableaux de bord de qualité des données et visualiser votre impact en temps réel.

2. Excellence des processus : Acquérez une vision globale du modèle conçu en contribuant à la cartographie de nos principaux flux opérationnels. Identifiez les opportunités en identifiant les goulots d'étranglement, les inefficacités ou les étapes à simplifier ou à automatiser. Veillez au respect des règles en participant aux contrôles de conformité de nos opérations avec les règles internes.

Profil recherché : Vous préparez actuellement ou êtes récemment diplômé(e) d'un Master (Bac+4/5) en école de commerce, économie, ingénierie ou dans un domaine connexe. Vous avez une grande capacité à résoudre les problèmes et un esprit d'analyse et de curiosité. Vous êtes méticuleux(se), organisé(e) et reconnu(e) pour votre souci du détail. Vous faites preuve d'une attitude proactive et dynamique, ainsi que d'une réelle envie d'apprendre et de contribuer. Une bonne maîtrise de Microsoft Excel ou équivalent est indispensable. Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:

As our Data & Process Quality Analyst Intern, you will be at the heart of our operations excellence. Guided by a dedicated mentor, you will contribute to two critical areas:

1. Become a Data Detective (Data Quality Control):

· 
Dive deep into our data, assisting the team in conducting regular quality checks on existing applications.

· 
Uncover the story behind the data by identifying inconsistencies, missing information, or anomalies in our systems.

· 
Connect the dots by helping perform root cause analysis to understand why errors occur and contribute to finding lasting solutions.

· 
Partner with the team to help monitor our data quality dashboards and see your impact in real-time.

2. Become a Process excellence practitioner :

· 
See the big picture of the designed model by contributing to the mapping of our key exchange process workflows, 

· 
f Identify opportunities by helping to pinpoint bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or steps that could be simplified or automated.

· 
Ensure we play by the rules by assisting in checks that ensure our operations align with internal rules.

Who We're Looking For:

Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Business School, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

· 
A natural problem-solver with a highly curious and analytical mindset.

· 
Meticulous, organized, and known for your sharp attention to detail.

· 
A proactive, can-do attitude and a genuine desire to learn and contribute.

· 
A good command of Microsoft Excel is essential.

· 
You must be fluent in English and have a good professional level of French.
