Deliver top quality Service Bulletins, on time to our customers prioritizing the safety and airworthiness compliance. Answer to customer queries and support SB embodiment.
Experience level needed
3 to 5 years as SB Designer and Illustrator
Responsibilities
·
Ensure that the information provided in Service Bulletins (SB) meets customer satisfaction in terms of safety, quality, lead-time and cost level
·
Ensure expertise of Mechanical and Electrical SB (SB technical content, customization, policy, lead time estimation...)
·
Configuration analysis of the impacted fleet in regards with the technical analysis to be done in the configuration management tool
·
Perform Technical analysis: List of Pre-mod/Post-mod technical solutions, list of accesses to perform the embodiment, man-hours computation and other technical data to be analyzed
·
Ensure Kit(s) definition based on technical analysis
·
Retrieve the DMU source data and rework the data to comply with illustration standards
·
Author the SB and associated list of components through the dedicated tools and provide the preview draft
·
Guarantee the defined SB process follow-up and contribute to improve it.

Ensure SB quality improvement through
·
Incoming Inspections and recording of finding to provide KPIs and action plans
·
Participation in the continuous improvement of the SB process and tools as business representative
·
Ensure interface with all involved organisations in the SB process (Engineering, Manufacturing, Tech Data …)
·
Answer to customer queries within the given timeline
·
Assist airlines or production people during the validation of the Service Bulletin on in service aircraft or production aircraft.
Qualifications:
B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering
For this position the following skills are requested:

Basic knowledge of Aircraft and Aeronautics
·
Knowledge of aircraft configuration management & product structure
·
Experience with engineering tools such as CATIA
·
Knowledge of aircraft cabin structures and systems
·
Knowledge of aircraft technical specifications standard such as ATA iSpec2200 and S1000D
·
Strong knowledge of Service Bulletin authoring
·
Experience in Upgrade Cabin Conversion SB authoring is an advantage
·
Good knowledge of Simplified Technical English (STE)
·
Strong knowledge of Airbus authoring tools:
·
SAMM DACAS/Arbortext Editor
·
CIRCE/GIDOCA/GILDA
·
APS, VPM & PASS SSCI
·
DMU tools (3DJUUMP & NOVODESK)
·
Experience on Service Bulletin Illustrations tools (Mechanical) is an advantage
·
Project Management
·
Knowledge of technical data authoring in AMM & IPC could be an advantage
·
Proactive, good team player and good organizational skills
·
Communication skills and assertiveness
·
Curious and open-minded for change and continuous improvement
·
A good level of English is mandatory
