Furthermore, we act as the interface to various external government and government-related organizations for Airbus.

As Security Systems Manager, you will be responsible for areas of the security systems portfolio relevant to all Airbus Operations sites and associated Airbus Commercial sites as part of the Functional Network Framework (FNF).

You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Your Responsibilities

· 
Operation, Maintenance and development of existing Security Systems i.e Physical Access Control, CCTV Surveillance & Protection, Mass Notification etc.

· 
You are responsible to define, develop and control the implementation of security systems and related processes and projects throughout the Airbus Operation site.

· 
 You ensure that all security risks related to systems are identified, reported and managed based on regular security assessments across the sites

· 
You ensure the proper definition of budgets, design of CapEx dossiers and continuation, upgrade and set-up of maintenance contracts by managing the budget and resources to cover all required security means

· 
You inform without delay Corporate Security and / or the FNF of any major security system incidents that may impact people, the image, the aircraft production and establish the related operating reports.

· 
You work closely with third party suppliers and other users of sites to ensure they act in accordance with the Airbus security policies and practices

· 
You are involved in the planning, specification, implementation and acceptance of new and existing security technology and software

· 
You will be participating in multi functional and divisional working groups and team efforts, where you act as focal point in Germany for Security.

· 
Manage projects, directly and indirectly as part of an extended multifunctional team or the VOD team. Manage task and team prioritization to ensure the security systems roadmap is enabled for delivery.

· 
Develop a high level of awareness about security systems solutions, the different architectures and new technologies which could potentially be operated by Airbus

· 
Promote the awareness of security on the site and in participation and coordination with Company Security awareness activities. Inspire innovative Security solutions working together with VOD team members, drive deployment & delivery and on time entry into service.

· 
Engage with the Security Network of Industrial partners

Profile / skills

· 
Good understanding of needs and requirements of an industrial production organization

· 
Master or Bachelor in Systems Engineering, Security Management or IT related fields

· 
A background in Systems or Project Management in the commercial or industrial sector is essential.

· 
Understanding of Security Systems

· 
Good understanding of electro mechanical systems, software programming and IT solutions relative to security systems

· 
Good technical background in electronic, mechanical or IT solutions

· 
Good understanding of the technical architecture relative to security systems

· 
Language: German language to native speaker level and fluent English - French would be a plus
