Description of the job

The Security Governance & Assurance (ZSG) team is accountable of defining the security model for Airbus, including all divisions and countries, ensuring compliance with international & national regulations and considering business requirements. It leads the project for deployment of these policies, methods, and tools.

The team is although the paramount and independent authority regarding all security audit and pentest activities in Airbus.

Security risks and KPI are consolidated in ZSG team for all the Security community of the Airbus group.

The team is roughly 30 people wide, with a great diversity in age, personal experience and technical skills.

We are looking for a Security Officer whose mission is to advise for Corporate Security and Cyber security & Digitalization regulations

Tasks & accountabilities

Your missions and activities on this position are:

General Legal advisor for Corporate Security team on all security aspects:

·  Deliver expert Legal advice to serve business (internal/external Airbus) needs,
·  Monitor laws & regulations related to Security, including specific security standards & regulations,
·  Perform legal risk assessment, impact analysis & solution design,
·  Advise across the organization on the legal effects of policy proposals,

And be the Cyber security & digitalization Legal advisor:

·  Impact analysis of cybersecurity strategy and digital laws on Airbus business,
·  Cyber security legal support to digitalization projects (advice & support to negotiations) and to other internal stakeholders,
·  Review of contact for legal matters related to security, cybersecurity & digitalization,
·  Drafting and supporting negotiation of specific security-related clauses in digitalization contracts,
·  Drive Cybersecurity & digital law survey,
·  Where required, assist in formulation of evidence for submission to inquiries.

Security position papers writer:

·  Gather internal and external information, strategy and positions on sensitive security topics,
·  Make the synthesis and write position papers on main security subjects (foreign travels, ...).

External / internal communication & lobbying:

·  Airbus Security organization representative in internal and external working groups/organizations related to cybersecurity & digital law,
·  Corporate Security representative for Group-wide events and as well as international professional organizations on legal matters related to security and cyber security.

This role will involve some travel for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Skills

Your Boarding Pass

You have a 5-year degree in Law and Security and broad experience in similar activities, which have allowed you to acquire skills and knowledge on some of these areas:

·  Security and Cyber Regulation
·  Drive  Projects on business needs and Regulation matching
·  Basic financial understanding would be a plus

Especially

You are open minded and demonstrate an ability to convince with an adapted communication.

You are a team-player but also able to work on your own, in a result-driven manner.

An Intermediate level in English is required, French would be a plus.
