CONTEXT OF THE POSITION…
This position aims to find business opportunities from the market, and secure the orders to the company, supporting the development of the company. At the same time, promote the ALS business to customers and protect Airbus branding by providing value to customers.
ACCOUNTABILITY
Expand customers network and complete customer engagement process including KYC(Know your customer) and GTA(General terms agreement).
Coordinate with marketing to find the business opportunity.
Manage sales campaigns including negotiation, offering, contract signing and review.
Coordinate with the commercial team in Airbus headquarters for market information exchange and customer services.
Work with Customer Service and Project Managers internally to deliver high quality services to the customer.
Achieve the yearly Sales/Revenue/OIT(Order in take) target.
Drive internal communication with other functions, including but not limited to Operations department, Tooling & GSE, Engineering & Planning, Procurement & Supply Chain, etc.
Provide the highest level of customer support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
This role will involve frequent travel for business in China, APAC and Europe, as such you must be able to travel accordingly.
QUALIFICATION
EDUCATION: with a Bachelor degree, in Marketing/Business related major, Master is a plus.
EXPERIENCE: At least 3 years experience in the Aviation industry for customer service/ sales/ marketing related work, experience in MRO industry is a plus.
CERTIFICATION: N/A
LANGUAGE: fluent English both in written and oral speaking, proficient in reading and listening English as English is the working language.
KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Having the knowledge about Aircraft maintenance, assets management experience is a plus.
Strong commercial sense. Good at the story telling, negotiation and presentation skills. Project management experience is a plus.
ABILITIES: Coordination and collaboration. Very good communication skills.
