As a Retrofit Systems Leader, you will be the driving force behind complex aircraft upgrades, bridging the gap between visionary design and real-world embodiment. This is your opportunity to lead high-impact modifications that define the next generation of operational excellence for our global customers.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

In this role, you are the technical and project anchor for aircraft modification deliverables, ensuring every solution meets the Airbus gold standard.

· 
Lead the resource management, production scheduling, and cost control for Retrofit Solutions (Service Bulletins) from initial kick-off (SEKOM) to final delivery.

· 
Direct the creation of Technical Offers and ROMs while securing and maintaining design authority and airworthiness delegations for your specific scope.

· 
Manage complex product configurations in strict accordance with Airbus rules and international airworthiness standards (EASA/FAA).

· 
Interface with the Linefit Design Office to capture new product developments and coordinate across the supply chain for seamless modification kits.

· 
Act as the primary focal point for customer queries, providing onsite or remote advisory during embodiment and approving technical answers (RDAF/RDTS).

 

ABOUT YOU

· 
Relevant qualification in Aerospace, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.

· 
Knowledge and experience of service bulletins in service maintenance within aerospace

· 
Technical knowledge of aircraft systems—including avionics, hydraulics, and electrical systems—and how they integrate during major refits.

· 
Previous experience project leading or overseeing projects

· 
Practical experience navigating aviation regulations (EASA/FAA) and the technical validation steps required for airworthiness certification.
