As a Retrofit Solution Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in this mission by leading the engineering journey of Service Bulletins (SBs) from concept to reality. You will bridge the gap between complex technical design and practical authoring, ensuring our retrofit solutions are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards. HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM

You will manage and coordinate the end-to-end preparation phase of Service Bulletins from launch until handover, ensuring seamless alignment with the Authoring team.

You will drive engineering activities by performing full configuration analyses, steering aircraft configuration, and leading the delivery and authorization of Design Data Sets (DDS).

You will perform Engineering Technical Checks on Service Bulletin drafts and contribute to the Technical Approval phase, ensuring all engineering content is accurate and compliant.

You will manage deliverables against strict timelines, proactively identifying risks and opportunities to propose mitigation plans and escalate issues when necessary.
·
You will support Service Bulletin validation and customer embodiment, acting as a technical expert for queries and Working Parties to ensure successful implementation.
ABOUT YOU
·
You hold a relevant qualification within Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
·
Experience working within an aircraft maintenance or modification environment (or similar industry)
·
You have a strong ability to build Definition Dossiers and manage complex engineering configuration data.
·
You are organized and results-oriented, capable of managing planning, risks, and stakeholder communication effectively.
·
You thrive in cross-functional environments, working closely with authors and technical experts to deliver shared success.
