Job Summary:
Lead the Charge! Elevating commercial performance as our new Regional Performance Manager. We are looking for a data-driven individual who is ready to roll up their sleeves and lead the Commercial and Support Team develop actionable, data-driven insights and solve business problems using various quantitative tools and core project management skills. The ideal candidate will translate customer satisfaction and order intake expectations (our two primary KPI!) into clear targets for all levels of the company.
Primary Responsibilities:
Launch and Lead Performance Improvement Initiatives: 40%

Drive performance improvement initiatives from a customer-focused perspective
·
Define, design, and develop actionable, data-driven insights
·
Run/lead data driven root causes analysis and align different functions around a common improvement goal
·
Lead problem solving procedure by applying quantitative tools and core project management skills
·
Drive assigned projects completed on time within budget and with delivery of expected benefits
·
Contribute, influence and participate actively in the major transformation initiatives for the Satair Commercial and Support Organisation (ASC)
·
Contribute and participate actively in other Satair functions’ Performance Community (“X”) colleagues and managers with, for example, workshops, documentation, presentations etc.
Actively Monitor and report on critical KPI affecting the Commercial & Support Team: 40%
·
Identify trends, drive business improvements, and solutions via proficiency in analytics and strong ability to utilize data analytics
·
Create and maintain KPI Dashboards
·
Monitor routinely improvement, deviation, adherence
·
Build strong relationships with relevant Satair and Airbus peers to support achievement of performance targets and improvement initiatives
Act as Internal Consultant : 20%
·
Act as an internal consultant and supporter for end-to-end improvement actions
·
Drive to lever values through utilizing data and new technologies
·
Understanding the processes and pain points, to gather requirements and opportunities
Additional Responsibilities:
·
Support Commercial & Support Organisation (ASC) with communication regarding performance initiatives
·
Support Commercial & Support Organisation (ASC) in deploying initiatives globally, as needed.
·
Support Commercial & Support Organisation (ASC) in kinds of reporting works in various frequency basis (weekly, monthly, quarterly etc)
·
Other duties as assigned.
Outputs
·
Constantly improve company performance and efficiency, through processes, report optimisation
·
Increase customer satisfactions through improvement initiatives
·
Complete initiatives in a fast time manner through strong connections with other functions
·
Deliver internal reports to executive management with frequencies (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
Qualifications
Education:
·
Master or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales Administration, Engineering, Computer science preferred
Experience:
·
Minimum 3-5 years working experience in an analyst position or similar
·
2+ years of data analysis experience in a similar sized organization
Travel Required:
·
15% Domestic and International
Qualified Skills:
Knowledge, Skills, Demonstrated Capabilities:
·
Advanced Google Suite Skills ( Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms ...)
·
Intermediate knowledge of SAP, preferred
·
Intermediate knowledge of SalesForce, preferred
Communication Skills:
·
Strong command of English/Chinese, written and verbal
·
Knowledge of other languages (German, French, Spanish, etc.) would be advantageous
