An opportunity for a PWP A400M Workshop Foreman has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Tablada (Sevilla). 

RESPONSABILITIES:

- Maximize the levels of ethics and compliance, protection and safety at work, customer satisfaction, efficiency, competitiveness, integration, engagement and team spirit.

- Manage the shopfloor organization to match the PWP A400M requirements to deliver on QTCP (Quality, Time, Cost and Performance) the committed by means of:

             a. Efficient management of the production

             b. Handle workshop management and operator teams, coordinating operationally all GNTs under his/her responsibility and all the support departments

             c. Leading and developing OES concepts, promoting continuous improvements to optimize the processes

            d. Daily monitoring of production status, leading L1 SQCDPF board and participating in L2 SQCDPF board.

- Ensure the availability of parts and productive means needed for PWP A400M.

- Coordinate and follow-up on site subcontractors focusing all the externalized operations are performed on QTCP.

- Ensures his/her team has the level of competences and skills to reach the targets.

- Manage skills development for personnel, suggesting training programs and career development actions

- Set up participation, communication and motivation actions for the teams working on the area.

- Ensure the respect of the rules and procedures applicable of Quality, Health & Safety and Environment

- Establish a clear and efficient way of working recognized by the entire team, promoting the Airbus values and way forward.

SKILLS:

•             Educated in Engineering degree or a related discipline

•             At least 3 years of experience in Productions areas

•             PWP A400M experience would be desirable

•             Experience leading teams and managing projects

•             EXCEL knowledge is mandatory, SAP would be a plus

•             Strong interpersonal and communication skills

•             Team work

•             Advanced level in English and Spanish.
