We are seeking a dynamic, agile professional to elevate our Hamburg production to the next level. As a core member of our Analytics Team, you will be a driver of digital applications across our Single Aisle and Wide Body manufacturing streams. You will translate complex production data into clear, decision-relevant insights and build the digital tools of tomorrow.

Your Mission: Translating Data into Action
As a Digitalization Project Manager and Data Expert in an agile environment, your key responsibilities include:

Data-Driven Consulting: Partner closely with the Value Stream Management and Performance Teams to translate business needs directly into digital solutions that foster data-driven decision-making.

Insight Generation: Utilize your Data Analytics / Data Science expertise to perform data extraction, cleaning, and fusion, generating meaningful visualizations and actionable insights from production data.

Automation & Tool Development: Develop tools and dashboards (e.g., in Skywise/Slate), implement automated solutions to decrease manual reporting efforts.

Project & Change Management: Serve as the Project Manager for digitalization topics (using LBIP, Agile methods), organize and lead the deployment of technical solutions and drive the associated Change Management within the production context.

Harmonization: Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver harmonized, efficient solutions and ensure the exchange of best practices across perimeters.
If you fullfill all requirements you can expect a yearly gross salary between 76.000€ and 90.000€
Your Boarding Pass

Analytics Mastery: Proven track record in Data Analytics / Data Science with the ability to formulate ways to extract insights from data, using predictive and prescriptive analytics.

Digital Know-How: Experience in or curiosity about Skywise analytics and KPI definitions.
·
Process Acumen: First experience in a production environment preferred, understanding production governances, processes, cost drivers, and financial KPIs.
·
Methodology: Strong Project Management / Performance Management skills (Agile Mindset) and excellent Facilitation Skills to foster changes and new ways of working.
·
Soft Skills: Open-mindedness, creativity, strong communication skills on all working levels, and strong customer orientation. A team player with a willingness to share and learn.
·
Languages: Strong communication skills in English (Negotiation Level) are mandatory; German is desirable.
